We work to return every apartment back to its original condition. Before you move in all maintenance will be completed, the apartment will be cleaned, and the carpets will be cleaned or replaced.
Yes, we have 24-hour emergency maintenance.
You can call the office or submit a work order online.
We strive to resolve all maintenance requests within three days of receiving the request.
During office hours you can stop by the office to verify your identity and get another key. After hours you can contact emergency maintenance and they will verify your identity before letting you in.

Lot parking is provided at no cost. Garages are available for $70 a month.
A washer and dryer are provided in each apartment in the kitchen or a separate laundry room.
Yes, all of our apartments are cat and dog friendly.
There is a one-time pet fee of $150 and monthly pet rent of $25.
There are, please give us a call and we can go over the breed restrictions with you. No single animal can be over 75 pounds and no two animals combined can be over 100 pounds.

Every apartment comes with a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Our lease terms are between 6-15 months
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
Residents are to keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. The community clubhouse is available to rent after office hours for $75 and an additional $100 damage deposit.
While appointments are appreciated we do accept walk-ins.

Your first month's rent will be prorated based on your move-in day, in addition to the Security Deposit and Administrative Fee that is due.
You can pay your rent online, send a check in the mail, or make a payment at a participating WIPS location.
You will have a Resident Services account where you can submit payment by linking a checking account or paying with a credit or debit card.
If you link your bank account information with your Resident Services account then there are no fees to pay rent.

Residents are responsible for their guest's behavior at all times.
Lease terms cannot be extended beyond 15 months and there is no pre-payment discount.
There is an Early Termination Fee equal to 200% of the monthly rental rate, due at the time of notice.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.
