We work to return every apartment back to its original condition. Before you move in all maintenance will be completed, the apartment will be cleaned, and the carpets will be cleaned or replaced.
Yes, we have 24-hour emergency maintenance.
You can call the office or submit a work order online.
We strive to resolve all maintenance requests within three days of receiving the request.
After office hours call emergency maintenance at 402-467-1008. They will verify your identity before letting you in or providing you with a spare key. A fee may apply.

Our community has a swimming pool with sundeck, off-street parking, private garages, and bike racks. We also have non-smoking and pet-friendly buildings, as well as recycling containers.
Our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10am to sunset.
Yes! Parking is free and not assigned. Visitors do not require a special pass. Private garages are available to rent for an additional monthly fee.
A washer and dryer are provided in each apartment in the kitchen or a separate laundry room.
Yes, all of our apartments are cat and dog friendly.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.
There are, please give us a call and we can go over the breed restrictions with you. No single animal can be over 75 pounds and no two animals combined can be over 100 pounds.

Every apartment comes with a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Yes, our shortest lease term is 6 months.

Residents are expected to keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. The community clubhouse is available to rent after office hours for $150.
While appointments are appreciated we do accept walk-ins.

Your first month's rent will be prorated based on your move-in day, in addition to the Security Deposit and Administrative Fee that is due.
You can pay your rent online, send a check in the mail, or make a payment at a participating WIPS location.
You will have a Resident Services account where you can submit payment by linking a checking account or paying with a credit or debit card.
If you link your bank account information with your Resident Services account then there are no fees to pay rent.
Included in your rent is gas, water, trash, sewer, and recycling. The only required cost you will pay in addition to your rent is electricity.
We will inform you of the steps to transfer the electricity into your name prior to move in.
Residents are responsible for their guest's behavior at all times.
Our prices vary with every lease term, and often time longer leases are at a lower monthly cost. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for advance payments.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.

Our assigned schools are North Star High School, Dawes Middle School, and Campbell Elementary.
