Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.

All our pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom layouts are generous in size, giving you the space you need to feel right at home. Our two one-bedroom floor plans range from 716-732 square feet or 815-851 square feet. For our two-bedroom options span 1,052-1,059 square feet or 1,104 square feet, as well as a second bathroom with a stand-up shower.
